TARIA is an emerging DJ and artist from the Netherlands, now based in Antwerp, Belgium. Her sound spans Bouncy Techno and Hard Techno, woven together with elements from hip-hop, rap and trap - a sound she calls "Ghetto Bounce": raw, physical and impossible to categorise neatly. 

The path to music was never straightforward. TARIA's decision to become an artist was made around 2010, sparked by the early EDM era - Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta, the crossover energy of hip house - but a turbulent upbringing and personal challenges kept that dream at arm's length. Instead, she built a parallel career in fashion and content creation, running an award-nominated fashion blog while working as a model and content creator. Even then, she kept finding ways to stay close to the music industry, collaborating with entertainment and music companies wherever possible. 

"Fashion was a detour. Music was always the destination." By the end of 2024, TARIA began developing her DJ skills with full commitment. Her first public milestone came through a feature on Radio Rudina - a first step in sharing her sound with the world and taking the next chapter seriously. 

Musically, TARIA deals in contrast and surprise. Her sets move fluidly between bouncy and hard techno, built around heavy basslines, unexpected drops, and switches that feel earned rather than gratuitous. The energy is high; the genre borders are deliberately blurred. Alongside the sonic identity, visual presentation is central to her artistry - fashion-informed, considered and unmistakably her own.
